The staff(the night shift guy specially) was nice.

The staff(the night shift guy specially) was nice. The breakfast and all day coffee thing was also good.

We stayed in the other building and wifi was a bit problem.

Hostel crew was amazing! gave helpful information to anything you asked!! we were stunned to hear one of the stuff speak german !!!

only 2 showers and toilets in the whole hostel... we arrived at 10pm in the evening and due to constant occupation of the shower i waited till the next morning till i get my chance to wash 20hours of flight of off me...

What would you highlight about Samsen 360 Hostel

Not sure it deserves the outstanding rating.

Friendly staff, willing to help or just chat. Chill music in the lobby, not loud. Clean. Free drinking water. Quiet at night.

Hard beds. Bathroom facilities could use some maintenance (shower head kept falling down, bum gun was turned up to pressure washer level - ouch!). AC in the rooms is off during the day, so any midday naps have to happen in the lobby, and in my room the AC unit pointed directly at one bed, so someone turned it off in the middle of the night and it got quite hot. The 'very good breakfast' is just corn flakes, instant oatmeal, milk, bread (nice bread though) and butter/jam. Coffee is instant :( or tea or hot chocolate if you prefer. And it was exactly the same both mornings I was there. And you wash your own dishes, which is really no big deal.

Nice and helpful staff, clean hostel. The area is lovely and quiet and you have destinations and sights just in walking distance. Good place to meet other people traveling the land

What would you highlight about Samsen 360 Hostel

Excellent room close to tourist areas!

Owner and staff was really friendly and helpful. My friend and I were recovering from being sick and he was able to give us some recommendations of where to go. The location is excellent, lots of shops and tourist locations close by, yet it's tucked away and quiet (for bangkok). They have a bus service to the airport which was easy and affordable. Dorms were comfortable with good AC. They have a kitchen!! Few hostels in Thailand offer this so we were excited to see this.

It's a little hard to find the first time. Keep the owners phone number with you so the taxi driver can call for directions.

What would you highlight about Samsen 360 Hostel

Great Staff, Breakfast, Location

Very good staff who always try to accommodate your needs and give advice. We kept our bags at the hostel for 2 weeks between stays no problem. The breakfast is fantastic and there's always tea, coffee and water available. The location is perfect for Khao San and close to ferry points. Great restaurants just around the corner.

Lighting in our room wasn't amazing but it didn't effect us much.

Friendly stuff! Very clean room and shower!

Awesome friendly and well educated guy at reception helped me a lot - he gave me a map, told about best tourist routes in Bangkok and I even left my backpack there after my checkout - he said "yep, bro. no worry! You may take it back when you need it!" I`m sure this is one of the best places in BKK you can find for these money! Absolutely recommended!

Overrated hostel 8.9 ? No way

Kind of near from Khao San road and from river to take boat Water in hostel to refill bottle or drink Good English receptionist speakers Quite in my room

Hostel is not that bad, is just too overrated, 8.9 are we crazy? if i decided to pay more than average in Bangkok is for have more comfort. Maybe all hostels in Bangkok are overrated I dont know Bathroom was small and difficult to take shower, usually dirty Bed was hard, but like in rest of other hostel in Thailand, hard as an stone OMG :D The area, is normal for Bangkok but it looks scary to walk late at night, i wouldnt do

No electricity near upper bunk. They shouldnt have let people eat in the room. Thats why we have bugs in hostel rooms.Its ok for a night.
